The Landing is a privately-owned student housing property located just 1 mile from campus.
What does my rent installment include?
The rent installment includes all utilities: electricity, cable, Internet, water, trash, sewer, and free basic parking.
What are my lease options?
We offer 12-month leases beginning August 7, 2021 through July 16, 2022.
